Eosinophilic Folliculitis:

An inflammatory reaction around hair follicles, characterized by very itchy papules (small elevations or bumps on the skin) that may grow together to form plaques. It involves invasion of the follicles by eosinophils. This disorder almost always occurs in HIV-infected persons with CD4+ T cell counts below 200, so it is an important cutaneous marker of a specific stage of HIV disease.
